Manufacturing Processes

Carton Board

• We source our raw material carton board from New Zealand and other mills worldwide. Through our contacts with local merchants and overseas suppliers we are able to source the most appropriate material for your packaging needs.
• Using the correct carton board is paramount in maximising the performance and integrity of your packaging project. We will advise you as to the most appropriate material to meet your requirements.

Printing

• We operate state of the art printing presses and can offer multi colour print up to 6 colours including a high gloss varnish finish.
• Our on line coating unit can produce high gloss, matt finish or specialty varnish finishes such as Blister coating, Aqueous coating and Grease coating.
• We are able to print directly onto metal foil board and synthetic materials such as Polyester further increasing the scope of possibilities to you.

Embellish and add value to your packaging

• Our highly skilled trade’s people will apply metalized foil to your packaging.
• The variety of finish is limited only by your imagination. Consider Gold or Silver foil, Holographic foil or maybe a subtle pearl finish foil.
• We will apply a transparent window to your packaging to allow visual exposure to the product.
• Add embossing or debossing to your packaging to create a 3 dimensional experience.

Finishing

• We are able to supply any number of gluing options to suit your requirements, such as straightline, crash bottom, 4 and 6 corner trays and fully formed trays and cartons. We will guide you as to the most appropriate style to suit your needs.
